✧ What Does It Actually Mean to Be Your Authentic Self? ✧
(And Why It Might Be the Most Powerful Frequency You Can Access)

“Be your authentic self.” We’ve all heard the phrase. It’s used so often, it risks losing meaning. But underneath the repetition is a real, transformative question:
Who is that “self,” really?
Is it your inner child—the part of you that never stopped dreaming?
Is it your future self—the one who made it through and became?
Is it the present self—navigating this exact moment with curiosity and doubt?
The truth is, your authentic self isn’t a single version of you. It’s a spectrum, a dynamic integration of all the parts you’ve been, are becoming, and already are.
✧ The Science Behind Authenticity ✧
From a psychological perspective, authenticity is defined as the alignment between a person’s internal values and their external behavior (Kernis & Goldman, 2006). When we’re being authentic, we’re not performing, pleasing, or pretending—we’re congruent. That internal alignment is associated with greater mental health, stronger relationships, and increased life satisfaction (Sheldon et al., 1997).
According to Dr. David R. Hawkins, who mapped the “Levels of Consciousness” on a logarithmic scale, emotions and states of being carry measurable energetic frequencies. On this scale, gratitude ranks very high—but authenticity, or what Hawkins refers to as “true presence and self-realization,” may reflect a kind of resonance that is even more stabilizing. When we're in alignment with our truth, we're vibrating coherently—and the body, mind, and nervous system respond.
HeartMath Institute research supports this: when individuals are in what they call “heart coherence”—a state of physiological harmony triggered by emotions like gratitude, compassion, and authenticity—the heart and brain sync up, leading to increased clarity, intuition, and resilience (McCraty et al., 2009).
✧ The Universal Question: “What Are Your Deepest Desires?” ✧
For as long as I can remember, I’ve asked people one question:
What are your biggest dreams and desires?
It’s such a simple question, yet most people struggle to answer. That’s not a failure—it’s a reflection of how complex, layered, and cosmic our true desires really are. According to cognitive science, the conscious mind only processes about 40 bits of information per second—while the subconscious processes 11 million (Zimmerman, 1989). That means the clarity we seek is already inside us, we just don’t always have access to it consciously.
As Abby Mahnke from Highest Timeline App —an intuitive guide I deeply respect—said during a recent live session:
“We are our deepest desires. They’re not separate from us.”
In other words, the dreams that pull at your soul aren’t random—they’re reflections of who you already are, and who you're here to become.
✧ What I Offer ✧
Through years of personal inquiry, study, and working with others, I’ve developed a practice of helping people:
Discover their most aligned desires
Understand where those desires live in the body
Translate them into a structure or vision—either through timelines, somatic integration, or intuitive design
This isn’t about goal-setting in the traditional sense. It’s about authentic alignment—supporting you in listening to your own internal compass, and building a personalized framework that reflects your values, purpose, and pace.
