Choosing to invest in yourself is often the first shift that opens the way to deeper alignment and healing. ⏳ Time, Energy & Respect

I honor your time deeply, just as I honor mine.
Each session is a sacred container that I prepare for with presence and intention. Holding space requires time, energy, and spiritual focus — before, during, and after our session.

As a solo practitioner, no-shows and last-minute cancellations affect my ability to serve others and to honor my own wellness. Therefore:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the session time will be rescheduled or refunded upon request.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund, but I am open to rescheduling once with compassion and communication.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds, as that time has already been held for you energetically and practically.

I understand that everyone is in a different place financially. If you are experiencing temporary financial strain and need support to access this work, please reach out — I do offer sliding scale sessions, community rates, and gifted sessions on occasion.

All I ask in return is your honesty, integrity, and commitment to your own growth. Show up fully. Respect your own value. That is the true currency.
